After closures due to Covid-19, they struggled to reach harried Special Education Directors pressured to provide SPED students with online therapy. The competitive landscape is populated with teletherapy platforms boasting strong name recognition, so E-Therapy needed a way to communicate its unique value and to stand out in the industry.

Simultaneously, E-Therapy's website suffered from technical issues related to page speed, performance, technical development, and lean on-page content and low organic search traffic.
